We look for Guardians who make the hardest Nightfall content look routine, and who make other people better at it. In practice that means a proven Solo or Duo Flawless on Ultimate Conquest, a clear-rate that holds up under pressure, and a reputation for carrying blueberries through content they have no business surviving.
